Turner's Syndrome D&e

Courgettes stuffed vegetables Soup Oxtail Stew




Time: 25 minutes.




Ingredients:


3 carrots,


2 garlic, leeks


,


1 potato,


1 / 2 onion,


cauliflower,


1 handful of shelled peas,


2 cabbage leaves,


2 or 3 cloves garlic


paprika, parsley


,


oil, salt






Preparation:


Put a pot on the fire with water. When boiling add all the vegetables are chopped fine, season with salt and cook until tender, then add the potatoes cut into small squares and a sauce made with garlic and a little paprika, letting it cook again until the potato is very tender.


This soup has to be soupy, therefore, you can add a little water boiling. Served hot in a tureen.
