Ingredients:
Pan,
grated cheese,
1 / 2 kilo of potatoes,
1 / 4 kilo of green beans,
2 cloves garlic,
oil, salt
Preparation:
Clean and cut into small pieces, green beans and potatoes are put to boil in a pan of boiling water, a splash of oil and salt. Cook left until the potatoes fall apart, the work can be completed with a fork. Add the garlic mashed with a little water and adjust salt.
Separately, soups have cut as thin as possible in a bowl, over which pour the mixture of beans and potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and served hot.
