Ingredients:
1 oxtail,
1 large tomato,
1 ham bone,
vinegar, potatoes
,
beef broth,
1 onion, garlic
,
1 chilli, paprika
,
oil, salt

Preparation
:
The oxtail, cut, put in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, tomatoes and onions, peeled and quartered, the ham bone, four cloves of garlic, the pepper, a little paprika, a dash of vinegar and salt to taste.
Sauté until all liquid is consumed and the oil starts to fry. At this point, add a pint of beef broth and cook for about an hour and a half. Finally, remove the bone and pepper and serve hot with roast potatoes.
