Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
150 grams of boiled or roasted beef,
50 grams of bologna (or sausage)
50 grams of butter, 4 zucchini

Preparation: Grate
the crust, place the crumbs in a bowl and add as much broth as needed to soften. Clean the parsley and chop finely with the garlic. Chop, also very fine, meat and mortadella. Place the preparation in another bowl and add the crumbs softened, well shredded, cheese, parsley, egg, pepper and salt nacesarias; removed.
Clean the zucchini, dried or cut the top end, split them in half along and take out the pulp. Place in a container suitable for cooking in the microwave oven, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, sprinkle with a little oil and place in oven set at maximum power for 2 minutes.
If the filling is prepared for the zucchini is not enough, mash some of the pulp was removed and added to prepared to be distributed inside of the zucchini. With the blade of a knife, spread the filling giving it a slightly curved, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with a little oil.
Place the peeled tomatoes in the cooking bowl of the squash, add a sprig of mint, the butter into pieces and a little salt, providing the means zucchini in a circle.
Enter prograded dish in the oven at maximum power, letting it cook for about 20 minutes. Turn them over halfway through cooking. Turn the container so that the party was inside pass to occupy the outermost zone.
After grilling, leave the squash in the oven for 3 minutes off. Serve
decorating dish with fresh mint leaves.
