This dough to make this really delicious pastries, is tender and delicious but can fill alone are what we like, in this case I cherry jelly, and chocolate, recipe is taken from the blog "All Caserito" thank you very much for sharing the recipe. INGREDIENTS
250 cm3.
warm milk 100 g sugar 25 grs
. fresh yeast 1 whole egg
120 grs.
soft butter 1 / 4 tsp. cardamom powder (not started)
salt 2 pinches of orange zest 650 grs flour
to fill:
a glass of apricot jam for brushing

an egg yolk + 3 tablespoons of liquid cream in a bowl
undo the yeast, add the warm milk with sugar, stop frothing. Apart
egg mix soft butter, salt and orange zest and cardamom (I did not pay). Join the two preparations
and incorporate the sifted flour until dough is tender and soft, knead. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place until doubled in size. Desfacificar, stretch and shape. Back to leaven the mixture and brush with egg yolk and cream. Cook in a preheated oven 180 degrees.
