Washed Face Three Times

Skewered pork knuckles


Time: 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Ingredients: pork knuckles
2 a kilo each,
1 onion, 2 cloves
,
pepper, laurel
,
salt.

Preparation:
The knuckles are washed, dried well and placed in a container with two gallons of boiling water, salt and some pepper. Then add the peeled onion, bay leaf and cloves, leaving it to cook on a medium heat for one hour. During this time, frothed frequently.

After cooking, remove the shank of the water and practice them a few cuts in the skin using a sharp knife. Are strung on skewers oven and roasted for about an hour and a half on the grill. Once grilled, served with the accompaniment of a salad and a sauce for roast properly. The pork knuckles are much more flavorful when grilled over Charcoal.
